About Docview Docview LLC was created on December 22, 2004 in the State of Michigan for the purpose of "Document Imaging - Accident Reports and other documents." Dan Puuri Managing Partner Mr. Puuri holds Bachelor's and Master's degree in Criminal Justice and has over 21 years of experience working at Lansing, Michigan Police Department in charge of Planning and Research. He is retired from Lansing Police Department and is a managing partner of Docview, LLC. Steve Person Sales Director Mr. Person holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and has 25 years of experience in law enforcement as a lieutenant. Steve has extensive knowledge of police RMS, CAD, electronic crash and ticketing, and mobile systems. Steve Person has won numerous awards from the COPS office and most recently the Michigan Digital Government Development award for "Best IT Collaboration Among Organizations." Greg Kinne Chief Information Officer Mr. Kinne has over 31 years of information technology experience. Prior to working with Docview, Mr. Kinne was the Director of Knowledge Management for AT&T Government Solutions, Inc. located in Washington, D.C. Mr. Kinne was responsible for development and oversight of projects in the knowledge management arena, including: document management, records management, collaboration, enterprise search systems, project management, workflow technologies, and business process reengineering. Mr. Kinne holds a current CKM certification in the field of Knowledge Management from the International KM Institute. Chris Mitchell Chief Technical Officer Mr. Mitchell has been developing web applications professionally for over 14 years and has led numerous successful projects from conception through implementation. Mr. Mitchell has designed and implemented systems for numerous clients across a wide variety of industries, in both the private and public sectors. Prior to joining Docview, Mr. Mitchell led teams responsible for the development of several Content Management Systems for the Department of Defense. Mr. Mitchell specializes in knowledge management, data aggregation and paper reduction strategies, process automation and systems integration. Mr. Mitchell holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Science and Information Technology from Virginia Tech. Customer Support Team Members Chuck Baffo Technical Support Mr. Baffo holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from Michigan State University. He has over 25 years of experience in installation, support and training of scanning and imaging systems. Mr. Baffo has concentrated on the support and training of document imaging for law enforcement since 1993. Josh Puuri Office Manager Mr. Puuri holds B.S. in Business Management with Northwood University. He manages Docview's finances, public relations, and oversees the installation of every law enforcement agency that partners with Docview. Jason Puuri Support Manager Mr. Puuri handles all of the marketing projects for Docview in an effort to expand the partnerships of the company. Joe Puuri Indexing Supervisor Mr. Puuri is currently working on his B.S. in Business Administration. He oversees the processing of all reports and support requests that are submitted to Docview. Matt Hall PSI: Capture Specialist Mr. Hall oversees the processing of report data being sent to Docview. He uses the PSI: Capture program to index electronic data.
